Interview
Agencies receive numerous applications for open positions. In general, the hiring official will conduct interviews with the people who scored the highest on the occupational questionnaire or the written KSAs section of the application. Sometimes, the interview itself is scored, and you will be assigned a rating between 0 and 100. Usually, the interview is not scored.
