Former Acquisition Professionals Asked to “Serve” Again
Membership
Membership to the Acquisition Alumni Network is a special honor designated by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) in recognition of former acquisition professionals’ substantial contributions to the acquisition workforce, expertise in contracting, leadership, and years of service to government. All members will be recognized as “Acquisition Fellows” for their years of service and subject matter expertise.
After potential members have been identified or expressed interest, alumni employment verification will be completed, followed by a formal invitation for membership to join the program. At that point, potential members will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation of membership to the Alumni Network. Lastly, all new members will receive a Welcome Package providing details about their new membership to the Alumni Network.
