The President’s Management Agenda (PMA) establishes a long-term vision for creating a more modern, responsive Government—one that prioritizes mission outcomes, service delivery, and effective stewardship. In September 2017, The President’s Management Council and OMB’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy directed agencies to increase spend under management and Best-in-Class contract usage to drive a key PMA goal: increasing government-wide use of common acquisition solutions and best practices. To support agencies in meeting their respective targets, the Government-wide Category Management Program Management Office is delivering a variety of tools and resources, including the learning opportunities described below.
