Category Management Webinar for 1102s

FAI is very pleased to announce a great new learning event: Category Management for 1102s.

Time: 1:00 PM EDT
This live webinar, hosted by the Government-wide Category Management Program Management Office, will provide an introduction to the benefits of category management such as facilitating smarter purchasing decisions, eliminating redundancies, increasing efficiency, and delivering value to the government. You’ll learn about the basics of category management and be introduced to resources you can use to implement it.
This live webinar will be presented on the AdobeConnect platform. About 15 days before the webinar, you’ll receive a follow-up message confirming your registration and providing the URL/password and the phone number/passcode.
1102s seeking to register for this event should visit the Course Card in the FAITAS Course Catalog for this webinar, FCL-GSA-0057. This card will display the Course Description, the CLP value, and a “Class Schedule” button.
Use the following guidance to apply for the course through FAITAS.
- Click the “Class Schedule” button to see the class offering for the selected course.
- Click on the Class Number button < 801 > in the “Class” column to view Class Date.
- Read the GSA Notice and click the “Apply” button to create a Training Request for this class offering. NOTE: If you have not yet logged in to FAITAS you will be prompted to do so after clicking “Apply”.
- Click ‘Submit Request’ at the bottom of the Training Request page to submit the request to your Supervisor.
