The Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) team strives to provide the highest quality services and resources to YOU as a member of the Federal civilian acquisition workforce. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we are looking to examine our current performance across a broad range of issues that are critical to our success. The best way to do this is by asking you, members of the acquisition workforce, for your feedback and opinions on how FAI is currently performing. 

Thus, FAI is conducting two short Customer Service Feedback surveys of the acquisition community:

FAI Newsletter Feedback Survey

FAI currently publishes a quarterly newsletter as a way to keep acquisition workforce members aware of current and emerging issues and events within the acquisition arena. Whether or not you regularly read the FAI Newsletter, FAI would still like to collect your feedback and solicit ideas for improving future editions.
