FAI is pleased to announce the new Project Manager’s (PM) Guidebook, a resource that offers best practices, foundational concepts, and useful tools and templates for Federal program and project managers (P/PMs). FAI collaborated with SMEs from across the Federal government to design a PM Guidebook that serves as a supplemental text for students enrolled in FAC-P/PM entry-level online courses, FPM 120 and FPM 121. The Guidebook also serves as a desk-side reference, tailored and personalized to Federal civilian P/PMs. The Guidebook features topics centered upon requirements development, budget planning and execution, and acquisition governance. The PM Guidebook leverages existing FAI curriculum and serves as a practical resource and job aid for new and seasoned P/PMs alike.
