Awards & Recognition - 2018

FAI was recognized with a Federal Government Distance Learning Association (FGDLA) Award in the "Five-Star" category for providing a suite of distance learning solutions in different formats to educate the acquisition community. The award recognized FAI’s innovations using mobile apps, micro-learning videos, and podcasts in addition to its traditional training offerings. The FGDLA is a nonprofit association that promotes the development and application of distance learning in the Federal Government.

 

Horizon Interactive Silver Award

FAI received a Horizon Interactive Silver Award for its Back to Basics micro-learning courses. These courses provide short interactive learning experiences on a range of acquisition topics. The Horizon Interactive Awards have become one of the most prestigious awards in the field of interactive and creative media. The competition recognizes, promotes, and awards the best web sites, videos, online advertising, print media, and mobile applications. Each year, the Horizon Interactive Awards receives thousands of entries from all over the world and a volunteer panel of industry professionals, from diverse multimedia, graphic design, advertising, and marketing backgrounds review the entries to determine the work that is to be recognized.
